Alexandra Kubrak (Leadership / Strategy / Outreach Anchor)
- Own the North Star target tracking daily.
- Investor & enterprise outreach:
- Draft & send 5 bespoke outreach notes/day to warm VC, CMO, and advisor contacts.
- Narrative refinement:
- Record 2x short-form video explainers (LinkedIn + X) on “AI hype vs. practical AI” to seed credibility.
- Client closing:
- Lead calls for all hot prospects; ensure rapid turnaround on contracts + payments.
- Schedule: Daily morning check-in + EOD recap with team.
Josh Lloyd (Content / Creative Distribution)
- Content engine:
- Build & publish 3x/week blog/LinkedIn posts based on GTM themes (trend detection, multimodal AI, customer intelligence).
- Repurpose into short-form video (TikTok/Reels) 2x/week.
- Competitor contrast:
- Create 2x comparison graphics: “Why DCIL ≠ hype AI” vs StudioBinder/Celtx-style claims.
